How to order

First, please contact us through the order form or email to inquire about products you are interested in.
We will respond as quickly as possible and will send you an estimate.
This estimate is valid for five days. Please note that due to the change in exchange rate, the estimated amount may change after five days.
★In the case you don't receive any reply from us within 3 days after you submit your order, please kindly re-send your order using the order form or let us know by email.

When we receive your finalized order, we will send you an invoice.
After payment is confirmed, when the merchandise is in stock we will send out your order within 3-5days (three business days ),unless it is a special order.
If there is no stock, we will procure it for you from the manufacturer after your payment.

Our store makes every effort for speedy shipping!!

However, please be aware of the dates below, which include weekends and Japanese holidays.
Response to inquiries and order shipping may be delayed on these days.

When an item needs to be backordered, we will let you know immediately.

Special Order

●Back-order from the manufacturer
●Big size(29~32cm)
Most orders of large sizes are special orders and may take 4-5 days before shipment is made.
(There are some exceptions)

Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
