Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders shipped from Japan or containing products made in China or Hong Kong may be subject to additional import duties. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Items Shipped from Japan
As of April 9, 2025, the U.S. government has temporarily suspended the "Reciprocal Tariff" for 90 days, reducing the additional duty rate from up to 24% to 10% as of now.
This measure is scheduled to remain in effect through July 8, 2025, but the duty rate and its duration may change at any time.
The actual duty applied may vary depending on when your package arrives in the U.S., so we strongly recommend reviewing the most up-to-date information before placing your order.
Please note that this duty applies regardless of the product’s country of origin. Even if the item is made in another country, it may still be subject to this duty if shipped from Japan.
Products Made in China or Hong Kong
Products labeled “Made in China” or “Made in Hong Kong” were already subject to high duty rates (typically 60%–104%).
As of April 9, 2025, the duty rate for Chinese goods has been raised to 125%.
Additionally, starting May 2, 2025, such products will no longer be eligible for the de minimis exemption, meaning duties may apply even for orders under USD $800.
This rule applies regardless of the shipping country—what matters is the country of origin.
Duties and How They Are Charged
If import duties or customs clearance fees are incurred, they are usually collected by the shipping carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS: USPS) at the time of delivery.
Please note that the exact amount is determined by U.S. Customs, and we are unable to provide advance estimates or guarantees regarding these charges.
If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
※Our store offers products made in Japan, the Philippines, and China.
The country of origin for each product is listed on the product page. Please be sure to check before placing your order.

If you have the option, you are welcome to consider shipping to a family member or friend outside the U.S. at your own discretion.

If a package is refused due to duties or taxes, we will not be able to issue a refund for the product or shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.
