If a shipment is held at customs or a delivery warehouse due to unpaid duties, an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, or failure to contact the recipient, storage fees may begin to accrue after a certain period.

This may also occur if the contact information provided at checkout, such as the email address or phone number, is incorrect, incomplete, or does not match the recipient, resulting in missed notifications from customs or the carrier.

The timing of when storage fees begin and the daily rates vary depending on national regulations and the local carrier.
In some cases, storage fees may begin within just a few days of arrival.

Storage fees are determined and charged by the local carrier or customs authority and are beyond our control.

Customer Responsibility

To avoid unexpected charges, delays, or the disposal of your package, please ensure that all contact information provided at checkout is accurate and monitor tracking information and notifications from customs or the carrier closely.

Refusal of Payment

If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, VAT, storage fees, or any other charges, the shipment may be discarded or otherwise disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

In such cases, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.

General Policies

Warranty Policy

A 30-day warranty applies from the shipment date and covers manufacturing defects only.
Improper use, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors are excluded.

Return and Exchange Policies

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipment date, provided the item is unused.
Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item shows signs of use or customer-caused damage
• The item has been altered or modified
• The shipment is returned to origin due to customs regulations, unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package

In such cases, the customer is responsible for all related costs, including return shipping, storage fees, and reshipping fees.
Product prices and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are accepted only for unused items.
Please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date.
All round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
